Entry Level Game/Level Designer

  • Design and implement game play using Unreal Engine 4
  • Implementation and development of existing design mechanics and missions/levels
  • Creation of white-box levels using Maya
  • The creation of Blueprints within UE4 and any other requires visual scripting
  • The creation of levels within UE4 using assets provided by the in-house art team
  • Work to a brief, within technical constraints
  • Balance and fine tune game play elements
  • Ensure feedback is listened to and implemented into the design where appropriate
  • Understand and work within project requirements and constraints
  • Work closely with development team to resolve issues as they arise
  • Pro-actively identify potential upcoming design problems and propose suitable solutions


Entry Level Environment Artist

We are always excited to hear from 3D Artists. We will be looking for someone who is not only talented in content and asset creation, but someone who can contribute to design ideas and help in imagining new and exciting worlds.

As a 3D Artist you will be responsible for the creation of virtual game worlds and experiences utilising the following:


  • An excellent working knowledge of 3D Studio Max, or Maya
  • Experience in Unreal Engine 4
  • Extensive Adobe Photoshop experience
  • Excellent low polygon modelling skills
  • Excellent texturing ability
  • A great eye for detail, colour, composition and lighting
  • Experience in basic animation techniques
  • A great portfolio, demonstrating differing styles
  • The ability to work to a brief and take on board any technical constraints
  • A genuine interest in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality



  • Experience in PBR (Physical Based Rendering) using Substance Designer and/or Substance Painter
  • High polygon modelling and demonstrable experience in baking down to low polygonal assets
  • Experience in particle effect generation
  • Sculpting experience using ZBrush, Mudbox or similar
